STORE POLICY

1. Seller Identification

This website is operated by The Only Gate, Lda, a legal entitywith tax number 514929812, with registered office at Rua Camilo Vaz, 43, referred to as the “Seller”.

For customer support and legal communications, the consumermay contact the Seller via email at geral@uga.pt.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of thewebsite, as well as the contractual relationships arising from thepurchase and sale of products carried out electronically betweenthe Seller and the consumer.

3. Store Policy (Online Sales Only)

The store operates exclusively as an online business and does not have a physical retail location open to the public.
All purchases, payments, exchanges, and returns are carried out solely through the website.

Placing an order is subject to product availability at the time ofpurchase.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, promotionalcampaigns, content, and commercial conditions at any time, without prior notice, without prejudice to orders alreadyconfirmed.

Product images, descriptions, and information provided on thewebsite are for informational purposes only and may be subjectto slight variations, particularly in color, due to technical ordisplay-related factors.

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or failures resultingfrom force majeure events, including strikes, transport servicedisruptions, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond itscontrol.

Customer support is provided exclusively via electronic means, through the contact details indicated on the website.

 

4. Prices

All prices displayed are in euros (€) and include VAT at thelegally applicable rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, when applicable, are clearly presented beforeorder completion.

5. Payment Methods

The consumer may pay for their orders using the followingmethods:

   • MB Way

   • Multibanco Reference

   • Credit or Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

   • PayPal, when available

Payments are processed through certified platforms, ensuringthe security and confidentiality of the consumer’s data.
An order will only be considered valid once payment has beensuccessfully confirmed.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after paymentconfirmation.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days for Mainland Portugal, except in exceptional circumstances beyondthe Seller’s control.

Shipping is free for orders equal to or greater than €40.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be clearlyindicated before checkout.

Once the order has been shipped, the consumer will receive a confirmation email, which may include tracking informationwhen applicable.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer hasthe right to withdraw from the contract within 14 consecutivedays from the date of receipt of the goods, without providingany justification.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify the Seller in writing via the contact provided on the website.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, complete, and accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, except in cases of error attributable to the Seller or productdefect.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days afterreceipt and verification of the returned items, using the samepayment method used in the original transaction, unlessexpressly agreed otherwise.

Personalized items or other goods legally excluded are noteligible for the right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss ofprofit, or business interruptions resulting from the use of thewebsite or purchased products, except where legally required.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits theconsumer’s legally established rights.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity, in accordancewith applicable legislation.
The updated list of ADR entities is available on the website ofthe Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising therefrom, thePortuguese courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
